Our Shipping Policies


All fully in-stock orders ship within 1-3 business days of receipt.

Our policy for orders including Christmas and Advent products for 2008 is as follows. We do not ship partial orders if they are received before October 15th. These orders are aggregated and shipped when complete. Orders that do not include chocolate products generally begin shipping in early September. Orders that do include chocolate products generally begin shipping in mid October to ensure freshness and prevent melting.

Orders are subject to a shipping & handling charge. We make every effort to keep this additional cost as low as possible. The shipping & handling charge is calculated based on the total price of the merchandise in the order.

Express shipping is available for an additional charge as indicated below. Express orders placed before 2:00 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. Express orders placed after that time are shipped the next business day.

All orders are shipped from Colchester, Vermont. Standard delivery time from Colchester for domestic orders is generally 1-6 business days from the date of shipment.
